Dan Monkowski
Dan is the founder and driving force behind 3Phase Recruiting, a national search firm focused on skilled trades and industrial service talent. He oversees every aspect of the business from business development and client relationships to recruiting strategy, negotiations, and day-to-day operations ensuring clients get a hands-on partner instead of a rotating cast of account managers.
With a Bachelors in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing from Aquinas College, Dan blends a formal business foundation with years of in-the-trenches experience in sales, recruiting, and industrial services. He has built his reputation around hard-to-fill roles in overhead cranes, HVAC/R, heavy equipment, power generation, and fleet/transportation specializing in field technicians, front-line leaders, and key operational hires that keep service businesses running.
Known for his direct communication style, meticulous follow-through, and deep understanding of both technicians and owners, Dan treats every search like a critical project rather than a resume-forwarding exercise.
