The 3Phase Difference
At 3Phase Recruiting, we take a proactive and structured approach to finding and securing top talent. Our process ensures qualified, motivated candidates who are the right fit for your organization are efficiently moved through the entirety of the interview process from our initial screening to their start date.
3Phase Roadmap: From Search to Start

3Phase Screen
Before submitting any candidate, we conduct a thorough phone screen using our 4 Corners to ensure they meet the job's minimum requirements

Candidate Submittal
Our detailed and transparent submittal gives you a clear, upfront picture of each candidate, so you can make informed hiring decisions with confidence.

Phone Interview
We facilitate availability between the hiring manager and the candidate, ensuring a smooth hiring process that stays on track without any unnecessary delays.

Start Date
We ensure a smooth transition from hiring to employment, confirming the candidate’s start date with both the candidate and hiring manager, ensuring everything is set for a seamless onboarding process.

Offer Extended
We facilitate the offer stage, ensuring the candidate receives a clear and professional offer they feel confident to accept. If any negotiations arise, we work to find a solution that satisfies both parties and maintains alignment with the hiring team’s expectations.

On-Site Interview
We align schedules and clearly communicate details, ensuring a smooth and professional interview experience, keeping both the candidate and hiring team well-prepared and aligned.
The 4 Corners of an Ideal Candidate Profile
We go beyond resumes to confirm every candidate is the right fit for the job. Our structured screening process is built around the 4 Corners, a screening blueprint we use to uncover an in-depth analysis of each candidate's skills and experience, ensuring each hire fits your Ideal Candidate Profile.

Electrical Skills:
We assess a candidate’s expertise in high-voltage systems (480V), troubleshooting 3-phase motors, working with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and other essential electrical components to ensure they meet your technical needs.

Mechanical Skills:
We evaluate hands-on experience with motor change-outs, retrofitting, PLCs (programmable logic controllers), conveyor units, and other mechanical systems critical to industrial equipment service.

Job Duties:
We verify that the role aligns with the candidate’s expectations, considering factors like overtime, travel, overnight stays, and work conditions (e.g., heights, confined spaces)."

Background:
We ensure candidates can meet your compliance requirements, including passing a drug screen, background check, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
